I nstagram of experiments typographic animations
My type instagram came about with my desire to experiment with typography in animation without fear of making mistakes
Experimental typographic animations seek to break the rigidity of formal text and, with a certain poetic freedom, give a playful tone to the materiality of words, such as the elevator animation.
The elevator is essentially a means of transportation up and down, so I used the first animation as a base, with only the letters going up and down.
But I felt a great rigidity in the animation, so right after that I created a second animation by twisting it, creating something like a vortex of the words going up and down, as if the word were trying to free itself.
And finally, still within After Effects, I created a cube, with each face being a twisting elevator animation, giving a three-dimensional amplitude to this attempt of the word to escape the cube.

Each of the various animations has its own particularity; this donut-shaped one, for example, was made using UV mapping in Cinema 4D, as can be seen in the step-by-step images.
